Overcome

I don’t love my life, I don’t shrink from death

I will not be overcome,  I have overcome

I have the right to eat from the tree of life, In God’s paradise
I’ll never be blotted from the Book of Life, I’ll be with God dressed all in white
Before His Father And before His angels,  He calls me out by name
The name of my God, His City, and His Son
Are written on my face cause I’m a pillar in His Temple

I have the right to sit with Him on His throne, As He with the Father’s own
I have overcome by the blood of the Lamb by the word of my testimony and
I will not be hurt by the second death, my face all smiles when I’m laid to rest
He gives hidden manna and on white stone, my new name is written and its mine to know

He’s given me authority – authority He’s received
I decree.  I dash to pieces like pottery
The morning star He’s given me.  He has given me

He who has an ear, let him hear
